ZAGREB, 15 Dec (Hina) - Independent presidential candidate Niko Tokić Kartelo said on Sunday in Rijeka that his primary focus for Croatia is strengthening the economy, as it is the foundation for improving budget revenues and raising the standard of living for citizens.
