ZAGREB, 10 Oct (Hina) - President Zoran Milanović was not invited to the Ukraine-South East Europe summit in Dubrovnik yesterday because he was not supposed to be, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Thursday, explaining that typically both the head of state and the government do not attend such gatherings together.
