World Animal Day: Enforcement of regulations still an issue

ZAGREB, 4 Oct (Hina) - On World Animal Day observed on 4 October, the organisation "Friends of Animals" highlighted that the enforcement of animal protection regulations remains an issue, although they see success in the fact that abandoning animals has become a criminal offence.
