Sisak to set aside €500,000 for safe haven for women fleeing abuse

ZAGREB, 24 Oct (Hina) - The city council in Sisak on Monday unanimously adopted a resolution declaring this city a safe haven for women, and the resolution also obliges the local authorities to build a shelter for  abused and battered women and children.
