EC sends reasoned opinion to Croatia in connection with proportionality test

ZAGREB, 18 Oct (Hina) - As part of its October package of infringement decisions, the European Commission issued a reasoned opinion to Croatia on Wednesday because it failed to bring its rules in line with EU legislation on the proportionality test before adopting new rules on regulated professions.
