Round table held on Croats outside Croatia

ZAGREB, 4 June (Hina) - Croatia has the constitutional obligation to help Croats abroad and will pursue that for the preservation of their identity in states in which they live as a national minority or a constituent people, a round table in Tupolje, eastern Croatia heard on Saturday.
