HLK: Dual practice keeping doctors in public health sector

ZAGREB, 2 June (Hina) - The Croatian Medical Chamber (HLK) said on Thursday that the dual working practice by doctors, working in public health institutions and then privately when officially off duty is keeping doctors in public health and is reducing their motivation to emigrate because they can earn extra money.
