BiH Presidency chair says BiH cannot prosecute Croatian generals over Operation Flash

ZAGREB, 9 Aug (Hina) - The Chairman of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Presidency, Željko Komšić, has said that there is no legal basis for BiH to prosecute Croatian Army officers for involvement in the 1995 Operation Flash and that it could launch such proceedings with regard to other operations in BiH involving the Croatian Army.
