After 21 years Serbs become constituent people in Bosnia's Herzegovina-Neretva canton

ZAGREB, 2 Aug (Hina) - Serbs in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton with the administrative centre in Mostar on Monday became a constituent people after the cantonal constitution was amended 21 years after the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ruled that all three constituent peoples should be equal throughout the country.
