Danish chef Rene Redzepi said on March 12, 2026 he was quitting Noma, that has three Michelin stars, following allegations of abuse of staff. "After more than two decades of building and leading this restaurant, I've decided to step away," Redzepi said in an Instagram post that acknowledged past problems.
