NGO says role of voters in election process enhanced

ZAGREB, Sept 23 (Hina) - The nongovernmental organisation GONG, which monitors elections, has said that the September 11 early parliamentary election has revealed all shortcomings and vulnerability of the election process and therefore urges the future government and parliament to improve election legislation in order to enhance the role of voters in the election process, prevent a decline in election standards and continue building citizens' trust in the election process.
