Court not authorised to appoint temporary governor of public broadcaster

 ZAGREB, Sept 7 (Hina) - The High Commercial Court has dismissed the appeal by the supervisory board of the public broadcaster HRT against the Commercial Court ruling rejecting the supervisory board's proposal that Mario Raguz be appointed temporary governor after the term of acting HRT director-general Sinisa Kovacic expires in September.
