Zagreb (Hina OTS) - CIAK Grupa d.d. Zagreb, Savska Opatovina 36, OIB: 28466564680,, announces the following:

CIAK Grupa d.d. (hereinafter: the “Issuer”) hereby announces that it has received a notification from Mr. Ivan Leko, President of the Management Board, regarding the acquisition of the Issuer’s shares.

On 04 August 2026, Mr. Ivan Leko acquired 1,621 shares representing 0.008% of the Issuer’s share capital.

Following the acquisition of the mentioned shares, Mr. Ivan Leko holds a total of 10,006,888 shares of the Issuer, representing 50.66% of the Issuer’s share capital and the same amount of voting rights at the General Assembly.
