ZAGREB, 4 Aug (Hina) - Fewer than 50,000 citizens living abroad have registered to vote in Bosnia and Herzegovina's general election on 4 October, prompting concern that declining participation among the diaspora could significantly affect the outcome, particularly in the Serb entity of Republika Srpska.
