Agriculture minister defends cull of illegally transported pigs as ASF spreads

ZAGREB, 19 July (Hina) - Agriculture Minister David Vlajčić said on Saturday the culling of 341 pigs transported from eastern Slavonia to the Varaždin area was justified because the animals had been moved illegally, calling such cases a key driver of the spread of African swine fever (ASF).
