PIC Steering Board still without decision on BiH's new High Representative

ZAGREB, 14 July (Hina) - The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) on Tuesday failed for a third time to appoint a new international High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), leaving US diplomat Louis Crishock in the role on an interim basis while consultations continue.
