ZAGREB, 1 July (Hina) - The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Tuesday appointed US diplomat Louis Crishock as the interim High Representative of the international community in the country after another attempt to reach agreement on a permanent successor to Christian Schmidt failed.
