Pursuant to the Article 474 paragraph 1 of the Capital Markets Act and the Share Buyback Program published on 13 April 2026, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter: the Company) announces the acquisition of:
- 375 Company’s shares of the total nominal amount of EUR 3,000.00, which represents 0.003% of the subscribed capital of the Company, acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 25 June 2026, at an average price of EUR 50.50 per share;
- 157 Company’s shares of the total nominal amount of EUR 1,256.00, which represents 0.001% of the subscribed capital of the Company, acquired by trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 26 June 2026, at an average price of EUR 50.00 per share.
Also, in accordance with the Optional Award program and the awarding politics of Atlantic Grupa,
with the purpose of its realization among its management and employees, the Company announces that on 26 June 2026, it transferred 615 of Company’s shares with a total nominal amount of EUR 4,920.00, representing 0.005% of the Company's share capital.
Before said transactions the Company owned 51,794 shares, of the total nominal amount of EUR 414,352.00, which represents 0.39% of the subscribed capital of the Company, while after said transactions the Company owns 51,711 shares, of the total nominal amount of EUR 413,688.00, which represents 0.39% of the subscribed capital of the Company.
