BiH upper house passes pay rise law ahead of elections

ZAGREB, 11 June (Hina) - After months of deadlock, the House of Peoples of the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Parliament met on Thursday and approved a law increasing the salaries of about 23,000 civil servants and support staff in state institutions.
