HUBOL: Doctors are retained through better working conditions, not penalties

ZAGREB, 5 June (Hina) - The Croatian Association of Hospital Physicians (HUBOL) said on Friday that the problem of doctors leaving hospitals after specialist training cannot be solved through coercion, threats or penalties but rather through better management of healthcare institutions and improved working conditions.
