ZAGREB, 5 June (Hina) - EU member states said on Friday they remained committed to reaching an agreement with their partners on the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) on appointing a new High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, a day after the first round of talks ended without a deal.
