Plenković says Bosnian electoral reform requires broad consensus

ZAGREB, 3 June (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Wednesday the ruling coalition had discussed the Homeland Movement's initiative to establish a separate constituency for Croats in Bosnia but added that any changes to the electoral system or constitution would require consensus among political parties and institutions in Bosnia.
