MOL: Arbitration ruling sets a precedent

ZAGREB, May 27, 2026 (Hina) - Hungarian energy company MOL said on Wednesday that an arbitration tribunal ruling rejecting its claim for compensation from Croatia over a breach of a gas business agreement sets a precedent that sends a serious message to future foreign investors.
