Inclusive allowance: 1,640 heirs request reopening or continuation of proceedings

ZAGREB, 17 May (Hina) - Croatia’s Social Welfare Institute has received 1,640 requests in just about 20 days from heirs of deceased applicants for the inclusive allowance – around 15,000 cases overall – while NGOs warn that official guidance on how to proceed is unclear.
