Benčić: EC finds EPPO Regulation applied unlawfully in Beroš case

ZAGREB, 11 May (Hina) -  Sandra Benčić of We Can! said on Monday that the European Commission confirmed that in the corruption case involving former minister Vili Beroš, Croatia’s State Attorney-General’s Office cannot be seen as an impartial judicial authority, and that the EPPO Regulation is being applied unlawfully.
