Berset: Bosnia and Herzegovina must reform electoral system before October elections

ZAGREB, 28 April (Hina) - Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Justice Minister Davor Bunoza warned on Tuesday that the country has taken too long to adopt key EU-related laws and implement European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) rulings, adding this can no longer be tolerated.
