Organisation, not staffing, main issue in Croatia healthcare, report says

ZAGREB, 18 April (Hina) - The key problem facing Croatia’s healthcare system is its organisation rather than staffing levels, despite a rising number of doctors and nurses, the European Commission and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development said in a report that also noted health spending remains below the European average.
