MPs welcome consumer bankruptcy reforms; Minister: Number of blocked citizens reduced

ZAGREB, 15 April (Hina) - MPs on Wednesday welcomed changes to the Consumer Bankruptcy Act, which transfer these proceedings from municipal courts to commercial courts with the aim of faster resolution, while Justice Minister Damir Habijan noted a downward trend in the number of both such cases and citizens with blocked accounts.
