Opposition says regional development bill fails to deliver real decentralisation

ZAGREB, 14 April (Hina) - Opposition MPs on Tuesday insisted that the Regional Development Bill does not bring genuine decentralisation or balanced development for less developed areas, arguing that the development index remains an exclusionary criterion, while the ruling HDZ said the bill would continue strengthening all parts of Croatia.
