Only 13 conscripts opt for conscientious objection, training may start in May

ZAGREB, 25 March (Hina) – Only 13 conscripts have so far declared conscientious objection, while the first could begin civil protection training in early May, Interior Ministry and Civil Protection officials said on Wednesday, presenting new regulations on civilian service.
