U.S. extends deadline for MOL talks on Serbia’s NIS stake until 22 May

ZAGREB, 24 March (Hina) – The U.S. Treasury has extended until 22 May the deadline for Hungary’s MOL to negotiate the purchase of a majority stake in Serbian oil company NIS, MOL said on Tuesday, hours before an earlier 24 March deadline to change ownership in the Russian-controlled firm.
