Ministry: Ravioli-making tradition recognised as intangible cultural heritage

ZAGREB, 17 March (Hina) - Croatia has registered the traditional art of preparing the rafioli (rafijoli, ravioli, rafajoli), a type of stuffed pasta, as intangible cultural heritage, the Ministry of Culture and Media said, highlighting its social, cultural and identity significance in local communities.
