ZAGREB, 10 March (Hina) -  The Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) and five commercial banks on Tuesday signed an agreement to implement the financial instrument "Loans for Energy Efficiency of Entrepreneurs", providing a total of €250 million to businesses.
