Draft amendments to Trade Act regulate restrictions on sale of alcoholic beverages

ZAGREB, 9 March (Hina) - Draft amendments to the Trade Act propose that local government units may impose restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages and other drinks containing alcohol during certain hours if it serves to protect public health, maintain public order, protect  cultural heritage or the environment.
