ZAGREB, 9 Feb (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Council of Ministers on Monday approved the country's Reform Programme with NATO, including votes from Serb ministers, a move Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković attributed to last week's visit by Serb leader Milorad Dodik and his delegation to Washington.
