ZAGREB, 9 Feb (Hina) - Siniša Karan's victory in snap elections for Republika Srpska president shows Milorad Dodik retains strong political influence despite being removed from that office, while the opposition has failed to offer a credible alternative capable of winning majority voter support, BiH media and analysts said on Monday.
