Const. Court declares RS government appointed on Dodik's proposal unconstitutional

ZAGREB, 23 Jan (Hina) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has ruled the government of Republika Srpska (RS), appointed in September 2025 on Milorad Dodik's proposal, unconstitutional, as Dodik was not legally entitled to make such a nomination following the loss of his mandate as RS president.
