Split aims to lift waste separation to 50%, says mayor

ZAGREB, 13 Jan (Hina) - Split Mayor Tomislav Šuta has announced plans to raise the city's waste separation rate from 28% to 50% in the coming years through additional equipment purchases and new measures, urging residents to play an active role in sorting waste.
