3,560 applications filed for first-property tax refunds

ZAGREB, 7 Jan (Hina) - By the end of 2025, Croatia's state-owned real estate agency APN had received 3,560 applications for tax refunds on the purchase or construction of first homes, approving 2,340 worth €17.95 million, the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets said on Wednesday.
