Costa: W.Balkans can choose between staying trapped in the past or moving to EU

ZAGREB, 18 Dec (Hina) - The Western Balkans can choose between staying trapped in the past or moving forward towards a joint future in the European Union, a choice between division or reconciliation and cooperation, European Council President António Costa said on Wednesday after the EU–Western Balkans summit.
