European Parliament approves ban on Russian gas imports

ZAGREB, 17 Dec (Hina) - The European Parliament on Wednesday approved a phased and full ban on imports of Russian natural gas by the end of 2027, which will remain in force even if a peace agreement is reached in Ukraine, with the relevant regulation passed with 500 votes in favour, 120 against and 32 abstentions.
