Bosnia misses chance to advance EU accession talks after ministers block reforms

ZAGREB, 16 Dec (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's Council of Ministers on Tuesday missed the last opportunity to adopt decisions ahead of a 18–19 December European Council meeting that could have opened the way to EU accession talks, after ministers appointed by Milorad Dodik again blocked discussion of two key reform bills.
