Medical Chamber condemns psychiatrist arrested over drug, child abuse allegations

ZAGREB, 16 Dec (Hina) - The Croatian Medical Chamber (HLK) expressed shock over the arrest of a psychiatrist in Osijek on Tuesday, facing allegations of drug abuse, child and minor abuse, and violations of children's rights, and announced it will launch proceedings against him.
