ZAGREB, 28 Nov (Hina) - The proposal for the EU's next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) is insufficiently ambitious, allocates less funding for agriculture, cohesion and fisheries, and adds further complexity to implementation, a panel held as part of the European People's Party conference in Zagreb heard on Friday.
