Ombudswoman: 15 women killed this year, systemic changes urgently needed

ZAGREB, 25 Nov (Hina) - Since the beginning of 2025, 15 women have been killed in Croatia, 11 of them by intimate partners, Gender Equality Ombudswoman Višnja Ljubičić warned on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, stressing that systemic changes are urgently needed.
