Plenković: Peace cannot be built by rewarding aggressor

ZAGREB, 24 Nov (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, participating in the EU-Africa Summit in Luanda, said on X that peace in Ukraine cannot be built by rewarding the aggressor, as this would undermine both European security and fundamental principles of international law.
