Critical infrastructure must be developed to recover quickly, says interior minister

ZAGREB, 21 May (Hina) - Interior Minister Davor Božinović said in Tuesday's parliamentary debate on a critical infrastructure bill that the question was not whether a crisis would occur in the system, but when, and that resilience and the ability to recover quickly must therefore be developed.
