Zagreb architects propose adding sixth floor to 1960s buildings for affordable homes

ZAGREB, 5 April (Hina) - A team of Zagreb-based architects and urban planners has proposed an affordable housing project based on the idea of adding a sixth floor with new apartments to existing residential buildings from the 1960s. The project also includes installing lifts and carrying out energy-efficient renovations.
