Gov't amendments grant 100% guaranteed minimum allowance to homeless, students

ZAGREB, 26 March (Hina) - Amendments to the Social Welfare Act, proposed by the government on Wednesday, will ensure that homeless people - regardless of whether they are housed in shelters - victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, as well as students, receive the full amount of the guaranteed minimum allowance.
