ZAGREB, 7 Feb (Hina) -  This Friday is the third consecutive Friday in which shoppers in Croatia are urged to stay home in a bid to pressurise retailers to reduce prices, and also the government's decision on a list of 70 products with capped prices, takes effect today, 7 February.
